Giving Circle: Nicaragua 2001 Foundation

Kristina participated in a giving circle whose seven members traveled to Nicaragua in 2001 and explored the country's economic plight before deciding to form the Nicaragua 2001 Foundation . Through the Foundation, the giving circle members donate time and money to Nicaraguan NGOs in an effort to enhance economic self-sufficiency and well-being through micro-lending programs.
