Partnership for Learning
The Partnership for Learning is the education arm of the Washington Business Roundtable. It provides strategic communications on education reform issues. Website
In the Library Collaborative Project Kris Mayer facilitated a steady and productive conversation between two institutions that were at risk of working against one another for public support. In the course of this 10 month, 3-part project, Mayer was able to coordinate dozens of voices and diffuse differing interests. The result of her work is a multi-tiered model of collaboration between the library and schools that illuminates and articulates shared purpose, cogent understanding and mutual success. In short, Mayer mapped the coyote trails and created a sky bridge.
