Jefferson County Historical Society
KLMayer helped the Jefferson County Historical Society fine-tune and strengthen its internal workings by looking at its human resources, matching employee skills and talents to positions by conducting a personnel audit. Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Jefferson and Clallam Counties
KLMayer worked with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Jefferson and Clallam Counties to launch their volunteer Leadership Council, funded by an innovative grant from the National Council on Aging. Through executive coaching of the staff and Council leaders, they developed work plans to effectively integrate a core of professionals age 55 and older, Kristina enabled Big Brothers, Big Sisters to increase its fund-raising and partnerships by leveraging its internal resources-all of which means more mentors for more kids. https://www.bbbsps.org
