When First Federal-an 85-year old mutually owned bank on the Olympic Peninsula- decided they wanted to reinvest profits locally, they called on KLMayer to help shape their Community Dividend Program. Kristina facilitated community focus groups, surveys, and meetings with key stakeholders to determine the program's criteria. The final report focused on the areas of affordable housing and economic development, and the program launched with a $1 million commitment under the banner of "doing good feels good."
